UIC 8th Annual Symphonic Band Camp
July 16-22
For high school students (grade 9–graduating seniors)

ABOUT
Experience the thrill of playing challenging music with fellow musicians from across Chicago. Expand your repertoire through an intensive six-day rehearsal process, led by UIC band directors, and develop skills in instrumental master classes led by UIC Faculty. Participate in a final performance with the UIC Summer Winds. Socialize, get to know other young musicians and experience life on a great university campus. Join us at UIC this summer for a week of inspired music making!

SCHEDULE
Sunday:
Placement auditions: 4:00pm—6:00pm

Monday—Friday
4:00pm—8:00pm

Saturday
10:30am—4:00pm

Sunday
Final performance: 2:00pm

AUDITIONS
Chair placement auditions will take place on Sunday, July 16 from 4:00pm—6:00pm. 
Audition excerpts will be posted on Friday, June 23.

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
