UNIVERSITY COMMUNICATION
BUILDING ACCESS
Before accessing the building be sure to follow the steps below.
1. Complete the health check form .
2. When you swipe your i-card, the system will check to see if you have successfully completed the form.
3. If you have not successfully completed the form, campus administrators will receive a notification and you will receive an email with a link to the survey so you can complete it.
