Scott has acted, directed and choreographed fights professionally for over twenty- five years. He has worked at such places as The Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre, The Writers’ Theatre, Lakeside Shakspeare Theatre, The Irish Theatre Company of Chicago, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Chicago Dramistist, The Odyssey Theatre, The Road Theatre Company, Illinois Shakespeare Festival and Strawdog Theatre to name a few.  He has taught at University of Wisconsin – Madison as a Visiting Professor, and Northwetsern University as well as Columbia College of Chicago. Scott has an MFA from Northwestern and a BFA from University of Illinois-Urbana/ Champaign. He has been received acclaim and several awards for his work including: a Jeff Award and a Jeff Citation for acting, a Jeff Citation for his fights, an After Dark Award and an Ovation Award for his directing.
